By 6 AM, I’m at our state-of-the-art facility in North Austin, TX, preparing for my first client of the day.

From weight loss warriors to strength-building enthusiasts, I guide them through personalized workouts designed to challenge and inspire. Between sessions, I catch up with my colleagues, discussing new fitness trends and sharing success stories from our Austin and Cedar Park locations.
Midday Boost: Fueling Body and Mind
Around noon, I take a quick break to refuel and recharge. I often use this time to:
- Grab a nutritious lunch from a nearby health food spot in Lakeline, TX
- Review client progress and update training plans
- Collaborate with our in-house physical therapy team on client rehabilitation programs
Afternoon Excellence: Pushing Limits and Breaking Barriers
The afternoon brings a mix of one-on-one sessions and small group classes. I love the energy of our group workouts, where clients from all over Austin come together to support and motivate each other. Whether it’s a high-intensity interval training session or a focused strength-building workout, I ensure every client leaves feeling accomplished and energized.
Evening Wind-Down: Reflection and Preparation
As the day winds down, I spend time reviewing the day’s achievements and preparing for tomorrow. This includes:
