A Day in the Life of a Paradigm HVAC Technician: Keeping New Hampshire Cool

Rise and Shine

My day as a Paradigm Plumbing, Heating & AC technician starts early. I’m up at 6 AM, ready to tackle the air conditioning challenges that await in Hooksett, Manchester, and the surrounding areas. After a quick breakfast, I’m out the door by 7 AM, my service van fully stocked with tools and parts.

Morning Calls

8:00 AM: My first stop is in Concord, NH. A family’s AC unit has been making strange noises, and they’re worried about a potential breakdown. After a thorough inspection, I identify a worn-out fan belt. Luckily, I have a replacement in my van, and within an hour, their system is running smoothly again.

10:30 AM: Next, I head to Suncook for an AC installation. The homeowners have decided to upgrade their old, inefficient system. It’s a big job, but I enjoy the challenge. By lunchtime, the new unit is in place, and I’m explaining the features and maintenance requirements to the excited homeowners.

Afternoon Adventures

  • 1:30 PM: A quick service call in Pembroke to perform routine maintenance on a commercial AC system.
  • 3:00 PM: Off to Bedford for an emergency repair. A restaurant’s air conditioning has failed on one of the hottest days of the year. I diagnose and fix the issue quickly, much to the relief of the staff and patrons.
  • 5:00 PM: Back in Manchester for one last call – a homeowner needs advice on improving their AC efficiency. I perform an assessment and provide recommendations for upgrades and maintenance.

Wrapping Up

As the day winds down, I return to the Paradigm office to submit my reports and restock my van for tomorrow. It’s been a busy day, but knowing I’ve helped keep my community comfortable makes it all worthwhile.

Working for Paradigm Plumbing, Heating & AC isn’t just a job – it’s a commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our customers across New Hampshire. Whether it’s installation, repair, or routine service, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to excel in the HVAC industry.
